Experience
We have completed numerous small to large scale commercial projects throughout Southern California. Some of our clients include U-HAUL, Delta Airlines, Crown Plaza Hotel, GE Healthcare and many more. We understand that quality work done in a timely fashion is crucial to any commercial workspace. Gilbert Zamora is a journeyman painter of 35 years and has extensive commercial and industrial painting experience.
Flexibility
We offer alternative work schedules for commercial clients who prefer to have work done in the evening or graveyard hours out of consideration for their clientele. We also understand we represent your organization and thus give your patrons the same service we provide for our own.
Professionalism
We directly manage all of our jobs and all work is completed by hired employees. We also retain all requisite workers compensation and general liability insurances. We have extensive experience completing large-scale commercial projects that often require collaborating with project managers and inspectors. See some our work below!
Crown Plaza Hotel
Project Specs:
- ZPAINTERS was responsible for the complete exterior repaint of the 11-story Crown Plaza Hotel & Commerce Casino.
- Included painting all exterior stucco, window frames and mullions.
- Included painting the industrial rooftop equipment.
- Required managing 25 employees and working with a general contractor, hotel staff and inspectors.
Delta Airlines - LAX
Project Specs
- ZPAINTERS was responsible for painting the ceilings in both of Delta's secured and unsecured terminals at LAX.
- Included painting approximately 96,000 square feet of ceiling space.
- Our painters and project managers collaborated with supervisors from both the General Contractor and Delta, in addition to working with LA County Building Inspectors on a nightly basis.
- Our painters worked graveyard hours to accommodate Delta's flight schedules.
UHAUL - SoCal
Project Specs:
- ZPAINTERS painted a total of five U-HAULs throughout Southern California.
- Each location included a custom redesign of the exteriors of their sites.
- The diamond pattern you see was measured, masked and painted manually.
- As you can see in the pictures, the diamond pattern was to be painted in a 5% angle, and was applied to very challenging surfaces such as brick and corrugated metal!
Maxfield Gallery - Melrose Ave
Project Specs:
- Custom interior/exterior commercial repaint.
- ZPAINTERS facilitated a repaint for a new fashion exhibit by painting the trussed ceiling and walls a designer matte black. Once the exhibit was complete, we came back and painted the surfaces back to white.
- Detailed masking was required on the floors, metal beams and custom doors.
- Worked with designers on color/sheen selection.
- The exterior was also painted in the same soft-black hue.
